Please Note: ~Tortuga for 2011 has been CANCELED~

Greetings,

We have just been informed by the park rangers at Willamette Mission State Park that the road leading into the park holding Tortuga has flooded and the park has closed for the foreseeable future. Yes, Tortuga has been CANCELED in 2011. The irony of water blocking pirates from their favorite port, is not lost on us, but with so little notice we will not be able to move the event to a different venue. We have chosen to cancel the event at this time to give the most amount of time to find a safe harbor in storm and start planning for next year.

For those that have preregistered, we are offering the following options:

* The First option is that you can exchange your ticket for a standard weekend pass to Sea Dog Nights.

* The Second option is that we have negotiated to exchange your Tortuga ticket for an All's Faire VIP ticket valued at $40

* The Third option is that if you wish a refund, we will credit back your account or issue a check based on how you paid.

For those not familiar with All's Faire, it is a sample of several of our events including Tortuga and Sea Dogs. All's Faire features live music, pirate games, boffer fighting (melee and archery), heavy fighting, and wild Tortuga style parties at night. As a VIP, you will also receive tickets to the Mad Hatter's Tea Party and Fashion Show, Herija ~ A World Music Experience Concert, and great food and refreshments. Please allow me to once more state how very sorry I am that we have to take these actions. I have even tried to negotiate more time in order see if the water would recede enough to let us on. I am sorry that I have failed you. I wish that there was more that I could do. Have fun this weekend and be safe. I hope to see all of you at SeaDog Nights in July.
